Erin Osborne
PRESIDENT
Erin Osborne is the founder and president of Osborne Northwest Public Relations, an award-winning boutique agency specializing in hospitality, tourism, food & beverage and lifestyle communications. With more than 20 years of public relations experience spanning Seattle, San Francisco and Spokane, Erin is known for helping brands uncover authentic, newsworthy stories that drive meaningful visibility, business growth and community impact.
Under Erin’s leadership, ON PR has earned recognition from leading industry organizations, including honors from PR Daily and PRNEWS, while also being named to the Puget Sound Business Journal Corporate Philanthropists List for its commitment to community engagement and purpose-driven business practices.
Erin has built a reputation for delivering high-impact media coverage, strategic partnerships and compelling brand storytelling for hospitality and lifestyle brands across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. A frequent speaker at tourism and communications conferences, Erin is passionate about the evolving role of public relations in shaping communities, supporting small businesses and elevating underrepresented voices. She is a member of the Society of American Travel Writers and holds a B.A. in Public Relations from Gonzaga University.
Kate Neidigh
ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Kate is a producer turned public relations professional who kicked off her career with a decade in busy newsrooms. First as on-air talent at CTV in Christchurch, New Zealand, then as a radio producer in the Northwest at KOMO (ABC). Kate jumped to the other side of the news desk joining ON PR in 2016, where she leverages news and storytelling expertise as a brand champion for leading travel, culinary and hospitality brands.
Born in Omaha, Nebraska but raised in the Pacific Northwest, Kate is into hiking, backpacking and exploring just about anywhere. She holds a B.A. in Communications from the Edward R. Murrow School of Communications at Washington State University.
Margo Turley
ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR
Margo Turley is a seasoned public relations professional with nearly two decades of experience in hospitality, lifestyle, and consumer brands. She most recently served as PR Manager at SimplyFun, leading national media strategy, influencer partnerships, and content development. Prior to that, Margo was PR Director for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants where she drove strategy, media relations, and social media for 18 boutique properties and 11 restaurant concepts, securing consistent national and regional coverage. Her agency background includes roles at Duo Public Relations in Seattle and Blue Stripe PR in New York, where she supported premier clients across fashion, travel, food & beverage, and luxury brands.
In Margo’s spare time, she is a certified barre instructor, avid skier, and scuba diver.
Annie Sullivan
ACCOUNT MANAGER
With over 20 years of management and corporate office experience in service-oriented industries, Annie brings a strong skill set around digital, public relations, marketing, and social media. Previous experience encompasses developing communication strategies, social media-driven campaigns, project management, and media strategy. Proven success with a range of clients consisting of restaurant groups like Restaurants Unlimited and Anthony’s Restaurants, wine & food events like the Auction of Washington Wines and the Seattle Food & Wine Experience, as well as non-profit organizations.
Rio Barber
ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
Rio Barber brings a decade of media and communications experience to ON PR, with a career spanning broadcast news, television production and live events. From reporting for KAPP-KVEW morning news to producing a lifestyle show for FOX 13 and stage managing game day production for the Seattle Mariners, Rio has built her career around finding and telling stories that connect with audiences.
Her storytelling experience has taken her behind the scenes of restaurants, fashion brands, local businesses and community organizations, helping bring the people and inspiration behind each story to life. At ON PR, she brings a producer’s eye, newsroom instincts and a passion for creating memorable stories and experiences for clients.
Born and raised in Seattle, Rio is a proud University of Washington Husky. Outside of work, she can be found playing pickleball, attending musicals and exploring hidden gems around the city with her pomsky.
